Returns & Reclamation

The Seven-Day Window

To maintain the integrity of our Archive, we offer a seven-day return period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for reclamation, your item must remain in its original, pristine condition—unworn, unused, and secured within its original signature packaging with all tags intact.

The Process

All returns must be authorized by our concierge. Please contact richstanza.official@gmail.com to initiate your request.

  • Collection: Once authorized, we will coordinate a private courier collection at your convenience.

  • Notice: Items returned without prior arrangement or formal authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Discrepancies

Upon reception of your order, we invite you to inspect your pieces immediately. Should you find any defect, damage, or discrepancy in your shipment, please contact us at once so we may resolve the matter with the urgency it deserves.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that all Archive Sale items and Gift Cards are considered final sales and are not eligible for return or reclamation.

Exchanges

Rich Stanza does not issue exchange credits. To ensure you receive your desired piece promptly, we recommend returning your current item for a full refund and placing a new order for the preferred selection.

Refunds

Once your return is received and passes our quality inspection, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Note: Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. If your refund has not appeared within 15 business days of approval, please reach out to us at richstanza.official@gmail.com.
