Shipping & Logistics

The Standard of Care

Every object in the Rich Stanza Archive is an investment in form and function. To ensure your pieces arrive in pristine condition, we utilize a specialized logistics network designed for delicate and high-value cargo.

Order Fulfillment

Please allow 2–3 business days for our concierge to verify your order and perform a final quality inspection before dispatch. Each item is hand-secured in our signature reinforced packaging to mitigate any risk during transit.

Transit Times

We primarily serve clients in major metropolitan areas (Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi). Expect delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch. For deliveries outside primary hubs, please allow an additional 3 business days for specialized routing.

Delivery & Reception

We utilize private couriers who require a physical signature upon delivery. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or unattended locations. We invite you to inspect the exterior of the packaging before signing for the delivery. If the crate appears compromised, please note this with the courier immediately.

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your selected pieces. While Complimentary Shipping is offered on all orders exceeding 50,000 PKR.
