Acquisitions & Accuracy

We strive for absolute fidelity in our digital representations. However, due to the artisanal nature of our pieces and the variations in digital displays, slight discrepancies in texture and tone may occur.

  • Orders: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any acquisition at our discretion.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in PKR. We reserve the right to adjust pricing to reflect changes in material costs or logistical requirements.

Intellectual Property

The "Rich Stanza" name, our pinwheel logo, all curated imagery, and the editorial copy found within this site are the exclusive property of Rich Stanza. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of our intellectual property for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Rich Stanza reserves the right to act accordingly in case of non-compliance.

User Conduct

We expect a standard of mutual respect. Any attempt to compromise the security of our Archive, harvest data, or engage in fraudulent behavior will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our services and, where necessary, legal recourse.

Limitation of Liability

Rich Stanza provides this site and its contents on an "as-is" basis. While we maintain the highest standards of digital security, we do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the acquisition of our pieces.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws defined in Constitution of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad.
